If you do not agree to all these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.
The Services do not provide users the ability to publicly submit or post content. However, you may submit or provide certain content such as text, images, audio, video, graphics, comments, feedback, suggestions, and personal information (“Contributions”). Depending on how Contributions are submitted, they may be viewable by other users or third parties.

Delete or disable files that are excessively large or burdensome to our infrastructure.

These Terms remain effective as long as you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You are prohibited from registering new accounts after termination, whether under your name, a fictitious name, or someone else’s name.
We may modify, update, or discontinue any part or all of the Services at any time without prior notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services and disclaim any liability for loss or disruption resulting from downtime or technical issues.
These Legal Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. You and Vibgreet consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Before arbitration, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days.
b. Binding Arbitration
Any dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration under the International Commercial Arbitration Court of the European Arbitration Chamber (ICAC), with:

If arbitration is unenforceable for these cases, disputes will be handled by courts in India.
We may correct errors or inaccuracies on the Services at any time without notice.
The Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.” Your use is at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We are not liable for:
Errors or inaccuracies
Unauthorized access or data loss
Service interruptions
Viruses or harmful content
Third-party links or services
Vibgreet, its team, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed any amount you have paid us, if applicable.
Some jurisdictions do not allow such exclusions, so these limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vibgreet, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from:
Your use of the Services
Your breach of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Any harmful acts you commit toward other users
We reserve the right to assume your defense at your cost.
We may store user data to operate the Services but are not liable for data loss or corruption. While backups are performed, you remain solely responsible for your own data.
By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications and acknowledge they satisfy any legal requirements for written communications. You also agree to the use of electronic signatures and contracts.
These Legal Terms, along with any posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vibgreet.
If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in effect.
You agree that these Terms will not be construed against Vibgreet solely because we drafted them.
